In this study, a regulator that can store heat energy with the use of phase-changing material (PCM) is designed to solve the cold running problem in vehicle LPG conversion regulators. On the vehicle engine of the PCM regulator, the warm behavior in the rolling working conditions has been studied. The emissions (HC, CO) resulting from the use of the PCM regulator are compared to the emissions in the benzined work. The PCM-free regulator falls below the working temperature with LPG in 3 hours, while in the same conditions, the designed PCM regulator can run the engine in LPG at the end of 15 hours. After 12 hours of motor cooling, the direct LPG fuel operations resulted in a 17.32% reduction in gasoline nazaran HC emissions and 28.71% CO emissions. The use of this regulator can increase the expected fuel economy from LPG and improve the pollutant emissions spread to the environment.
