Bu çalışmada meslek liselerinde çalışan okul psikolojik danışmanlarının ve sınıf rehber öğretmenlerinin rehberlik programına ilişkin görüşlerinin belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Araştırmanın örneklem grubunu 2013-2014 öğretim yılında Kırşehir ili merkezinde meslek lisesinde görev yapan ve amaçlı örneklem yoluyla seçilen toplam 131 öğretmen oluşturmuştur. Araştırmanın verileri Ortaöğretim Rehberlik Programına İlişkin Sınıf Rehber Öğretmenleri ve Okul Psikolojik Danışmanları Görüşleri Anketi yoluyla elde edilmiştir. Verilerin analizinde SPSS paket programı kullanılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda yeterlik alanlarının öğrencilerin ihtiyaçlarına uygun hazırlanmış olduğu ancak öğrencilerin eğitsel ve mesleki karar almaları için gerekli olgunluğa ulaşmalarına tam olarak yardımcı olmadıkları, rehberlik programında yer alan hedeflerin açık ve net ifade edildiği ortaya konuştur. Programda yer alan ölçme araçlarının uygulandıktan sonra nasıl değerlendirileceği açık ve anlaşılırdır.
In this study, it was aimed to determine the opinions of school psychological counselors and classroom guidance teachers working in vocational high schools about the guidance program. The sample group of the study consisted of a total of 131 teachers who worked at a vocational high school in Kırşehir city center in the 2013-2014 academic year and were selected through purposeful sampling. The data of the study were obtained through the Survey of Opinions of Classroom Counselors and School Counselors Regarding Secondary Education Guidance Program. SPSS package program was used in the analysis of the data. As a result it was revealed that the objectives in the guidance program were clearly expressed, competence areas were prepared in accordance with the needs of the students, but they did not fully help the students to reach the maturity required to make educational and professional decisions.
