İnsan hakları, bireyin yaşama katkısı ve dünyayı aydınlatması yoluyla değiştirmesi, eğitimin iç-öz amaçları arasında gelmektedir. İnsanı insani değerleriyle buluşturan ana faktör, yaşama felsefesinin çevrelediği insan ve çevresinin verimlilik ve sorumluluk duygusunu etkinleştirmektir. Eğitim sistemleri de insanın iç dinamiklerini yerinden oynatmak kaydıyla, insanı ve kazanımlarını insan yaşamına en yapıcı aktörler olarak katmayı hedeflemektedir. İnsani bir etkinlik olan eğitimin iç-öz amaçlarını dikkatlerden uzak tutmamak en vazgeçilmez olgudur. Özellikle çağımızın, insanı ve çevresini birlikte ele alıp değerlendirmek durumunda olması bu gereksinimi daha da belirginleştirmektedir. Eğitim, bireye istendik davranışlar kazandırıyor ya da akültürasyon faaliyeti olarak ortaya çıkıyorsa, yani bireyi gruba dâhil ederek onun toplumsal entegrasyonunu sağlıyorsa, bütünleşilmiş grubun değer yargılarını, dünya görüşünü benimsemek kaçınılmaz olmaktadır. Eğitim bu anlamda, bireylerin bilgiye dayalı yeteneklerini ve etik değerlerini geliştiren bir süreçtir. Bireyin çevresinde olan bitene sorumluluk ve farkındalık duygularıyla bakıp; kendi algı ve değer bilgisiyle değerlendirmeyi ve bakmayı öğreten bir faaliyet. Yani kendi benliği ile dış dünyaya yönelmesi ve insan olarak özel yetenekleri sayesinde ayırt edici özelliğini iyi kullanmasını sağlamalıdır. Eğitimin bu becerileri kazandırması sürecinde, felsefesi de kendiliğinden, bir eğitim (işlevsel bakış) anlayışı olarak ortaya çıkmaktadır. Günümüzde eğitim sistemleri, bireyin bireysel bilgisini ve yeteneklerini geliştirmeyi amaçlamaktadır. Dijital dünyamızda önemli bir etkiye sahip olan dijital dönüşüm süreçlerinin robotik çalışmaları ve uzantıları dikkate alındığında, bireylerin etik değerlere ve bunları geliştirmeye ne denli önem vermeleri gerektiği, farklı ve yeni bir sorun olarak daha da netleşmektedir. İnsan türüne özgü becerilerin inşası, eğitim felsefesinin kazanımları arasında önemli bir yer tutmalıdır. Çalışma, yayın şartları bağlamında, Atatürk Üniversitesi Eğitim Bilimleri Etik Kurulu ölçütlerine göre onay almış bulunmaktadır (11-04, 21.08.2020).
Human rights, the contribution of the individual to life and the transformation of the world through its enlightenment, are among the internal objectives of education. The main factor that encounters man with human values is to activate the sense of efficiency and responsibility of man and his surroundings surrounded by the life philosophy. The educational systems are also aimed at adding people and their achievements as the most constructive actors in human life, as they play the inner dynamics of the human being. The most indispensable fact is not to keep the inner objectives of education, which is a human activity, away from attention. It makes this need even more clear, especially in our age, to deal with and evaluate people and their surroundings together. If education gives the individual the desirable behavior or occurs as an aculturation activity, i.e. if it provides its social integration by incorporating the individual into the group, it is inevitable to adopt the values of the integrated group, the world view. Education in this sense is a process that develops the knowledge-based abilities and ethical values of individuals. It is an activity that looks at the end that is around the individual with the feelings of responsibility and awareness; and teaches to evaluate and look at it with its own perception and value knowledge. That is, it should make sure that it is directed to the outside world with its own self and that it is able to use its distinctive properties well thanks to its special abilities as a human being. In the process of education acquiring these skills, the philosophy also arises from itself, as a understanding of education (functional view). Today, educational systems aim to develop the individual’s individual knowledge and abilities. Given the robotic work and extensions of digital transformation processes that have a significant impact in our digital world, it becomes even more clear as a different and new problem that individuals should pay attention to ethical values and how much to develop them. Construction of skills characterized by the human species should hold an important place among the achievements of the educational philosophy. The study, in the context of the publication conditions, has been approved according to the standards of the Ethics Council of the Atatürk University of Education Sciences (11-04, 21.08.2020).
