Abstract:

In recent years, the increasing international migration in Turkey and in the world, in order to live under humanitarian conditions in their host countries of immigrant, a team of international law and national law regulations have necessitated and especially in recent years, because of war or internal turmoil, refugee and Türkiye’de Mültecilerin ve Sığınmacıların Sağlık Hakkı 132 asylum seeker movements increased excessively so it has become the world’s and Turkey’s agenda. In the study, the legal basis of for health services for the refugee and asylum seekers in these country in order to sustain a healthy way of their life was examined in the framework of Turkey. Determining the status of refugees ve asylum seekers basic agreement with Nations Convention Relating to the Status of Refugees, Turkey put geographical limitattion this agreement, so it makes problems in the utilization of health services for refugees and asylum seeker. Arrangements for the utilization of health services is made by Law No 5510, The Foreigners and International Protection Code Numbered 6458 and Temporary Protection Act. In this study,firstly,the right to health, ınternational migration and the health of international migrant will deal. Then, the migration profile of Turkey is examined. After drawing the general framework of the general health insurance scheme in Turkey, The general health rights of refugess and asylum seekers has mentioned.
