Abstract:

Bu çalışmanın amacı, Keban Baraj Gölü’nün arsenik açısından kirlenmesinin belirlenmesidir. Bu amaç için, ülkemizdeki önemli su kaynaklarından birisi olan Keban Baraj Gölü’nün farklı noktalarından yaz mevsiminde alınan yüzeysel su numunelerinde arsenik konsantrasyonları tespit edilmiş ve İnsani Tüketim Amaçlı Sular Hakkında Yönetmeliği’nde (İTASHY) belirtilen değerle mukayese edilmiştir. Elde edilen analiz sonuçlarına göre, Haziran, Temmuz ve Ağustos aylarında arsenik konsantrasyonlarının İTASHY’nde belirtilen sınır değerin altında olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Sonuç olarak, Keban Baraj Gölünde arsenik konsantrasyonları belirlenmiş ve arsenik konsantrasyonlarının 2,82+0,14 ve 5,2+0,3 μg/L arasında değiştiği gözlenmiştir.

Determination of levels of arsenic pollution in Lake Barj

Abstract:

The aim of this study is to determine the arsenic pollution of Lake Keban Baraj. For this purpose, arsenic concentrations have been detected in surface water samples taken in the summer from different points of the Keban Barj Lake, one of the important water sources in our country, and compared with the value specified in the Human Consumption Water Regulation (ITASHY). According to the results of the analysis, the concentrations of arsenic in June, July and August were found to be below the limits specified in ITASHY. As a result, the concentrations of arsenic were determined in Lake Keban Baraj and the concentrations of arsenic varied between 2.82+0.14 and 5.2+0.3 μg/L.
