Denizli İli Su Ürünleri Tüketim Alışkanlıklarının Belirlenmesi

Bu çalışmada, Denizli İli su ürünleri tüketim alışkanlıkları, eşit olasılıklı basit rastgele örnekleme yöntemi uygulanarak, tesadüfi olarak seçilen 422’si kadın ve 236’sı erkek olmak üzere toplam 658 katılımcılara yüz yüze ve soru cevap şeklinde anket yapılarak gerçekleştirilmiştir. Ankete katılan bireylerin % 88’inin 25 ile 45 yaş aralığında olduğu, % 31’inin ev hanımı, %23’ünün serbest meslek, %22’sinin memur ve %19’unun işçi oldukları tespit edilmiştir. Katılımcıların % 40’ının üniversite, % 33’ünün ise lise mezunu olduğu belirlenmiştir. Katılımcıların % 97’sinin su ürünlerini taze tercih ettikleri ve ayda 2-4 defa tükettikleri, % 63’ünün bütün et çeşitlerini, %10’unun ise balık etini severek tükettikleri tespit edilmiştir. Ankete katılan bireylerin % 72’sinin deniz balıklarını tercih ettikleri ve en çok tükettikleri balık türünün % 46 oranla hamsi (Engraulis encrasicolus) olduğu ve kızartmayı tercih ettikleri anlaşılmıştır.  Katılımcıların çocuklarına balığı sevdirmek için 0-3 yaşları arasında (%71) balık eti vermeye, hamsi ve istavrit balığı ile başladıkları (% 56) ve balıkları kızartarak yedirdikleri tespit edilmiştir.

Determination of the Consumption Habits of Sea Water Products

Abstract:

In this study, the Maritime Water Products consumption habits were implemented by the equal possibility of simple random sampling method, randomly selected 422 of the women and 236 of the men, with a total of 658 participants face-to-face and responding to the question. The survey found that 88% of the respondents were between 25 and 45 years of age, 31% households, 23% freelance, 22% officials and 19% workers. 40% of participants were university graduates and 33% were high school graduates. 97% of participants prefer fresh water products and consume 2-4 times a month, 63% of them consume whole meat and 10% prefer fish meat. The survey found that 72% of the respondents prefer marine fish and that 46% of the fish they consume is engraulis encrasicolus and they prefer freezing.  The participants were found to give their children fish from 0 to 3 years of age (71) to give them fish meat, to start with peanut and staphrit fish (56) and to eat them by frying.

In this study, a total of 658 participants, 422 women and 236 men selected randomly, were surveyed by applying a simple random sampling method with equal probability and a face-to-face questionnaire on fish consumption habits in Denizli province. It was found that 88% of the participants were between 25 and 45 years of age, 31% were housewives, 23% were artisan, 22% were officers and 19% were workers. It was determined that 40% of the participants were university and 33% were high school graduates. It was found that 97% of the participants were freshly consumed by the fish and consumed 2-4 times a month, 63% of them consumed all kinds of meat and 10% liked fish meat. It was understood that 72% of the individuals who participated in the survey preferred marine fish and that the most consumed fish species were anchovy (Engraulis encrasicolus) with 46% and preferred frying. Participants were found to eat fish between 0 and 3 years old, with anchovy and horse mackerel fish and frying fish for your kids to like fish meat.
