So many results that aren't mine?

Abstract:

Epidermoid cysts are the most common benign tumors of the testis, but constitute of only 1-2% of all testicular tumors. It is mostly seen between the second and fourth decades of life. They are usually diagnosed during patient selfexamination or physical examination performed by a physician. Histologically, distinction of epidermoid cyst and the dermoid cysts and teratomas is important. Main treatment is radical orchiectomy. But especially in pediatric patients testis-sparing surgery with frozen section analysis should be considered among the options. In this case report we present a seventeen years old patient who diagnosed of testicular epidermoid cyst and the treatment options are discussed
