Amaç – Hemşireler sağlık hizmetlerinin en önemli aktörleri arasında yer almaktadır. Hasta bakım süreçlerinde etkinliğin sağlanmasında hemşirelerin rolü oldukça geniştir. Dolayısıyla iş aile yaşantısı uyumlu ve iş yaşamında motive olmuş hemşireler, hasta bakımının kalitesinde önemli belirleyicilerdir. Hemşirelerin iş yaşam kalitelerinin iyileştirilebilmesi için doğru ölçüm araçları ile kariyer sorunlarının tespit edilmesi gerekmektedir. Bu çalışmanın amacı, oldukça geniş boyutlardan oluşan kariyer sorunlarının tespit edilebilmesi için, kapsayıcı bir ölçüm aracı geliştirmektir. Yöntem – Çalışma 208 hemşire ile gerçekleştirilmiştir. Tasarlanan 31 önermeli taslak ölçeğe dair kapsam geçerliliği, yapı geçerliliği ve güvenirlilik testleri gerçekleştirilmiştir. Analizler SPSS 22.0 ve LISREL 8.8 paket programları ile yapılmıştır. Bulgular – Analizler sonucunda, ölçek 4 boyutlu ve 23 önermeli bir yapıya kavuşmuştur. Tüm önermelerin faktör yükleri 0.40’dan yüksek ve t değerleri 1.96’dan yüksek bulunmuştur. Uyum indekslerinin beklenen değerler arasında olduğu görülmüştür. Cronbach alpha değeri 0,893 olarak hesaplanmıştır. Test ve tekrar test sonuçları arasında istatistiksel olarak yüksek düzeyde bir ilişki olduğu görülmüştür. Tartışma – Ölçeğin, hemşirelerin kariyer sorunlarını, farklı boyutları ile ölçmek üzere, yapı olarak uygun olduğu, zamana göre geçerli olduğu ve güvenilir olduğu tespit edilmiştir.
Target - Nurses are among the most important actors in healthcare services. The role of nurses in the patient care process is quite widespread. Therefore, the working family life is consistent and motivated in the work life, nurses are important determiners in the quality of patient care. Nurses need to identify career problems with proper measurement tools to improve the quality of work life. The aim of this study is to develop a comprehensive measurement tool to identify career problems that are of quite large dimensions. Method - The work was done with 208 nurses. The 31 proposed draft scale has been tested for scale validity, structural validity and reliability. Analysis of SPSS 22.0 and LISREL 8. It is made with 8 packages. Results - As a result of the analysis, the scale has reached a 4-dimensional and 23 recommended structure. Factor loads of all recommendations were found higher than 0.40 and t values higher than 1.96. The conformity index is among the expected values. The Cronbach alpha value is estimated at 0.893 . It has been shown that there is a statistically high level of relationship between the test and the re-test results. Discussions - The scale has been found to be appropriate as a structure to measure the career problems of nurses, with different dimensions, and valid in time and reliable.
