In this study, the qualification method was used to determine the opinions of the teachers of the Anatolian High School on professional ethics. The research quality is designed in the form of state research from research methods and techniques. The research work group consists of 14 teachers who work in the Anatolian high schools in the Army or Unnye district. In this study, the sample method was used for non-systemic sampling methods and the sample method was determined with the maximum variety sampling, which is one of the varieties of this sampling method. In this study, a semi-configured interview technique was used. The process of data collection is done in the face-to-face form according to the conditions of conformity of the participants. As a result, the content analysis was made with the appropriate codes created by the relevant themes and categories from the data. According to the research results: Under the subject of teachers’ opinions on professional ethical standards towards students, it has been emphasized that teachers should be a good role model for students, respectful, fair and honest. It is also noted that teachers should pay attention to the principles of privacy and reliability related to their private lives and situations. Under the theme of teachers’ opinions on the ethical norms towards educators and school management, they expressed the opinions that teachers’ respect for school directors and colleagues, compliance with professional ethical rules will boost institutional success and create school culture. Under the subject of the views of teachers on the ethical norms towards the guardians and society, it is important that teachers have the responsibility to represent the ethical norms in society, to be open to communication with the guardians, to contribute to the development of students by cooperating with the guardians.

In this study, which aims to determine the views of Anatolian High School teachers on professional ethics, qualitative method was used. The research was designed as a case study from qualitative research methods and techniques. The study group of the research consists of 14 teachers working in Anatolian high schools in Ünye district of Ordu province. In this study, purposeful sampling method, one of the non-systematic sampling methods, was used and the sample of the study was determined by maximum variation sampling, one of the types of this sampling method. Semi-structured interview technique was used in this study. The data collection process was conducted face-to-face according to the availability of the participants. As a result, appropriate themes and categories were created from the data and content analysis was performed with appropriate coding: Under the theme of teachers' views on professional ethical norms for students, it was emphasized that teachers should be good role models for students, be respectful, fair and honest. In addition, it was stated that teachers should pay attention to the principles of confidentiality and reliability regarding students' private lives and situations. Under the theme of teachers' views on ethical norms for educators and school administration, it was emphasized that teachers should be respectful to school principals and colleagues, and that compliance with professional ethical rules would increase the success of the institution and create school culture. Under the theme of teachers' views on ethical norms towards parents and society, teachers' having the responsibility to represent ethical norms in society, being open to communication with parents, and contributing to the development of students by cooperating with parents are important views.
