Pandemia is the general name of epidemic diseases that spread in a wide range of countries or continents around the world and show their effects. Tools and Methods: This research is a qualitative study conducted to measure the difficulties and solutions that workers at the call center find out about their work from home during the pandemic process. The research universe consists of 8 employees in the call center of a private chain hospital in Istanbul. Discovery: Research findings have found that when the impact of the pandemic process on participants is studied, it has a negative psychological and mental impact. The findings found that working from home has caused decrease in efficiency and performance. The research has found that workers are negatively affected by the pandemic process and do not want to work from home during their work life.
