Abstract:

For the doctor to be responsible for the wrong medical application, it is necessary to have a patient relationship between them first. The primary task of the doctor is to terminate the treatment he begins. Despite the medical initiative, the body may be damaged or dead. This expectation should be previously identified in medical practices and should be made an effort to prevent it. If there is a failure in preventing the error, the application is considered to be "fail medical application=malpraktis". Medical application error is the damage that occurs by the doctor's failure to perform the standard application during treatment, lack of skills or failure to treat the patient. The approval process in a medical practice is carried out by informing the patient in advance of any developments that may occur in the treatment. The approval to be received after sufficient medical information (a clear approval) is valid by law. The authority to prove this belongs to the doctor. As far as technology develops, medicine requires a very special and close relationship with the patient. The consideration of unexpected and unexpected errors as a system defect is not an individual defect, but an important practice that will ensure the involvement of workers to reduce errors.
