Abstract:

Coverage can also be seen as a democratic understanding because it takes all stakeholders to the focus. In recent years, comprehension, which has been attempted to be conceptualized and expressed acceptance and respect for individual differences such as age, gender, sexual orientation, ethnic origin, language, health, disability, lifestyle, takes all individuals in society to the focus. It is a very broad concept in this regard and makes the subject of the study of individuals that are different in any aspect. The leadership phenomenon, which is as ancient as human history, has become one of the topics most discussed, discussed and researched in education. This important topic, which is an integral part of social life, has been the subject of thousands of academic studies, films, books. One of these works is comprehensive leadership. New leadership models are being developed and researched to the goals they are targeting. It is noted that the captivating leadership can eliminate potential problems by bringing the environments where different cultures are gathered together. The study was developed by Al-Atwi and Al-Hassani (2021) and the validity and reliability analysis, the scale of "Inclusive Leadership: Scale Validation and Potential Consequences" was aimed at performing validity and reliability studies in the context of the Turkish culture. The study’s work group consists of 250 teachers determined by a simple, unselective sampling method. In the research process of data analysis validity and reliability analysis used SPSS 22.0 and AMOS 20 software. The two mines in the scale under the made AFA and DFA were extinguished due to the fact that the factor load values were below .40 (Hair vd., 2017). The factor load values of the other substances are between .75 and .92. As a result of the extraction of the substances from scale, it was achieved that the first-level DFA with five factors and 23 substances, the factor structures that form comprehensive leadership, theoretically support each other. The second-level DFA was then made in the context of the theoretical support of whether the five-factor structure is an upper-level structure and whether it is the component of comprehensive leadership. The results of the analysis found that the model compatibility well-being values were at the least acceptable level. The Cronbach alpha internal consistency ratio, obtained in relation to the general and lower dimensions of the measurement, was found to vary between .90 and .98.
