BROİLER CİVCİVLERDE YEME YALNIZ VE KOMBİNE KATILAN AFLATOKSİN VE ADSORBAN (Mycofix® Plus/İN BAZI HEMATOLOJİK VE SERUM BİYOKİMYASAL PARAMETRELER ÜZERİNE ETKİLERİ

Abstract:

Bu çalışma, yalnız ve adsorbanla (etken maddesi polivinilpolipirolidon olan. Mycofıx® Plus) kombine olarak yeme katılan aflatoksinin (Aspergillus parasiticus NRRL 2999 kullanılarak pirinçte üretildi), altmış adet bir günlük erkek broiler civcivlerde (hybro). bazı biyokimyasal ve hematolojik parametreler üzerindeki elkisinl incelemek amacıyla yapıldı. Bu amaçla, dört gruba ayrılan hayvanlara, 21 günlük olana kadar, yem ve su ad libitum olarak verildi. Grupların yemlerine araştırmanın amacına uygun olarak dört farklı uygulama yapıldı: a) Kontrol olarak 0 mg aflatoksin (AF)/kg yem, 0 g adsorban/kg yem, b) 3.0 g adsorban/kg yem, c) 2.5 mg AF/kg yem, d) 2.5 mg AF/kg yem ve 3.0 g adsorban/ kg yem. Deneme sonunda adsorbanlı yem yedirilen gruptan 7. diğer gruplardan ise 10 civcivden kan örnekleri toplandı. Örneklerde, uygulamalarla ilişkili olarak hemalolojik (alyuvar, akyuvar ve trombosit sayısı, hemoglobin miktarı, hematokrit değer, 1., 2, ve 24. saatlerde belirlenen sedimentasyon hızı, lenfosit, heterofil, monosit, bazofil ve eozinofil oranları) ve serum biyokimyasal değerlerinde (glikoz, total kolesterol, ürik asit ve total protein düzeyleri) meydana gelen değişiklikler belirlendi. Kontrol grubu değerleri ile karşılaştırıldığında, AF verilen grubun serum total kolestrol ve ürik asil düzeyleri, trombosit sayısı, hemoglobin miktarı, hematokrit değer, lenfosit ve bazı bazofil oranları önemli ölçüde azaldı. AF'li yem yedirilen grubun bazofil oranlan ise kontrol grubundan daha fazla bulundu (P<0 05) Halbuki, kontrol grubu ve AF ile adsorbanlt yem yedirilen grubun parametre değerleri arasında istatistiki açıdan önemli bir farklılık bulunamadı (P>0.05). Sonuç olarak, civcivlerde AF nedeniyle değişen parametre değerlerinin düzeltilmesinde, araştırmada kullanılan adsorbanın etkili bir madde olduğu kanaatine varıldı.

Abstract:

This study, alone and with adsorban (the active substance is polivinylpolipirolidone.Mycofıx Plus) combined food-related aflatoxin (produced in rice using Aspergillus parasiticus NRRL 2999), sixty pieces of a daily male broiler in cows (hybro).®It was performed with the aim of examining some biochemical and hematological parameters.For this purpose, animals divided into four groups, until 21 days, were given food and water as ad libitum.Four different applications were conducted in accordance with the purpose of the study: a) 0 mg of aflatoxin (AF) / kg of food, 0 g of adsorban / kg of food, b) 3.0 g of adsorban / kg of food, c) 2.5 mg of AF / kg of food, d) 2.5 mg of AF / kg of food and 3.0 g of adsorban / kg of food.At the end of the test, the 7th group was given food. The other groups were collected blood samples from 10 civciv. Examples identified changes in the hemalological (number of aloe, acuvar and thrombocytes, quantity of hemoglobin, hematocrit value, sedimentation rate determined in 1, 2 and 24 hours, lymphocytes, heterofil, monocytes, basophyll and eosinofil ratings) and serum biochemical values (glycosis, total cholesterol, uric acid and total protein levels) related to the applications. Compared to the control group values, the serum total cholesterol and urine noble levels of the AF given group, the number of thrombocytes, the amount of hemoglobin, the hematocrit value, the lymphocytes and some basophiles rates decreased significantly. The basophile ratio of the AF feed group was more than the control group (P<0 05) while there was no significant statistical difference between the control group and the parameters of the AF and adsorbanlt feed group (P>0.05). As a result, in the correction of the parameters values varied due to AF in the adsorbents, it was found that the adsorbent used in the research was an effective substance.
