One of the main sources of problems that individuals with physical disabilities experience is accessibility. The problem of accessibility constitutes the greatest obstacle for these individuals to participate in social life and to realize themselves. On the other hand, this problem also creates inequality of opportunities between persons with disabilities and other persons at the point of participation in educational activities. Remote learning, which continually increases its scope and impact in parallel with technological developments, offers great opportunities for both educators and disabled individuals to find solutions to the problem of accessibility facing these individuals. This study is aimed at studying the impact of the remote training model on physical disabled individuals’ access to remote execution. In the study weak experimental patterns used single-group pre-test-sontest patterns. The study group consists of three physical disabled university students, who have not previously been tailored, between 20 and 25 years of age and using wheelchair. With the working group, the academic year 2019-2020 has been carried out in the initial phase of self-confessional training, including one course a week, for 12 weeks. In the lessons conducted via the Internet, the Skype app in the simultaneous model is not simultaneous, while the WhatsApp app in the simultaneous model is used. The data was collected with the observation form of the Keman Crawling Skills developed for research. T test was used for addictive groups in the analysis stage. The research has found that the model of remote learning has a positive impact on the access to the performance of physical disabilities of students. The model has been shown to eliminate the problems of accessibility to physical education for individuals with physical disabilities, to contribute to equal opportunities in education, to support lifelong learning. It is among the other findings of the research that it does not allow simultaneous multi-speaking work due to the internet speed. The research finds that this model may be recommended to be used in physical disabled individuals with accessibility problems, in disadvantaged and marginal groups, in emergency situations interrupted in face-to-face training such as disasters, epidemic and pandemic.
