Hızla büyüyen rekabetçi piyasada, firmaların çalışmak istediği tedarikçileri seçme ve değerlendirme süreci karmaşık bir seçim problemi olarak firmaları tehdit etmektedir. Stratejik kararların gerçekleşmesi açısından çalıştıkları tedarikçileri belirli ölçütlere göre değerlendirme ve seçme süreci, işletmeler için hayati önem taşımaktadır. Bu bağlamda hangi tedarikçi ile çalışılmak istendiğinin ve en önemli unsur niteliğindeki tedarikçiden neyin ne kadar sipariş verileceği kararının doğru ve sistematik bir şekilde planlanması gerekir. Bu çalışma, otomotiv sanayiinde faaliyet gösteren bir firmanın tedarikçi performans değerlendirmesi problemi üzerinde odaklanmıştır. Bu çalışmadaki amaç, otomotiv sanayiinde çeşitli kriterler doğrultusunda performans değerlendirme ölçütleri belirlemek, bu ölçütlere dayanarak potansiyel tedarikçileri belirlenen kriterler doğrultusunda değerlendirmek ve en uygun olanını belirlemektir. Bu amaçla çok kriterli karar verme tekniklerinden Bulanık Analitik Hiyerarşi Prosesi (BAHP) yöntemi ile kriterler ağırlıkları belirlenmiş ve Bulanık Electre yöntemi ile de belirlenen alternatiflerin sıralaması gerçekleştirilmiştir.

In the competitive market, the process of selecting and evaluating suppliers that firms want to work challanges firms as a complex selection problem. The process of evaluating and selecting suppliers based on certain criteria for the realization of strategic decisions is important for businesses. For this reason, it is necessary to plan accurately and systematically which decision to work with which supplier and what and how much to order from the supplier. This study focused on the problem of supplier performance evaluation of a company operating in the automotive industry. The aim of the study is to determine performance evaluation criteria in line with various criteria in the automotive industry, to evaluate potential suppliers according to these criteria with the criteria determined and to determine the most appropriate one. For this purpose, the criteria weights were determined by the Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process (FAHP) method and the alternatives determined by the Fuzzy Electre method were also sorted.
