Günümüzde artan rekabet düzeyi ve buna bağlı olarak sürekli artması gereken örgüt performansı, örgütleri performanslarını arttıracak uygulamaları aramaya yönlendirmiştir. Örgütlerin performanslarını arttıracak birden fazla yol olsa da, temel olarak örgüt kültürü ve örgütsel öğrenme iklimi kavramları örgütsel performansın arttırılmasındaki temel etkenlerdendir. Bundan dolayı örgütler günümüzde örgüt kültürü ve örgütsel öğrenme gibi kavramlara büyük önem vermektedir. Çalışmanın yapılma amacı örgütlerin performansının örgüt kültüründen ne ölçüde etkilendiğini gelişim kültürü, radikal kültür, grup kültürü ve hiyerarşik kültür değişkenleri kullanılarak bilimsel bir çerçevede ortaya koymaktır. Veriler Cronbach's Alpha analizi, Faktör analizi, Korelasyon ve Regresyon analizlerine tabi tutulmuştur. Araştırmanın analiz sonuçlarına göre, Örgüt kültürü, örgütsel performans ve örgütsel öğrenme iklimi değişkenleri arasında pozitif ve anlamlı ilişkiler olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Örgütsel öğrenme ikliminin değişkenler arasında aracılık rolü üstlendiği görülmüştür.
Today, the increasing level of competition and the organization’s performance, which must consequently increase, has led the organizations to seek practices to improve their performance. Although there are several ways to improve the performance of organizations, organizational culture and organizational learning climate concepts are essentially key factors in improving organizational performance. This is why organizations today pay great attention to concepts such as organizational culture and organizational learning. The aim of the study is to reveal the extent to which the performance of organizations is influenced by the organizational culture, using the development culture, the radical culture, the group culture and the hierarchical cultural variables in a scientific framework. The data was subject to Cronbach’s Alpha analysis, Factor analysis, Correlation and Regression analysis. According to the analysis of the study, there were positive and meaningful relationships between the organizational culture, the organizational performance and the organizational learning climate variables. The organizational learning climate has been shown to take the role of mediation among the variables.

Although there are more than one ways to increase the performance of organizations, basically the concepts of organizational culture and organizational learning climate are the main factors in increasing organizational performance. Therefore, organizations today attach great importance to concepts such as organizational culture and organizational learning. Purpose of the study; to what extent the performance of organizations is affected by organizational culture; development culture, radical culture, group culture and hierarchical culture variables to reveal in a scientific framework. The data were subjected to Cronbach's Alpha analysis, Factor analysis, Correlation and Regression analysis. According to the analysis results of the research, it has been determined that there are positive and significant relationships between organizational culture, organizational performance and organizational learning climate variables. Organizational learning climate has been observed to play an intermediary role among the variables
