FARKLI ÇİMENTO TİPİNİN SİLİNDİRLE SIKIŞTIRILMIŞ BETONUN BASINÇ DAYANIMI ÜZERİNDEKİ ETKİSİNİN ARAŞTIRILMASI

Abstract:

Geleneksel beton su, çimento, agrega ve belli oranlarda katkı maddeleri katılarak elde edilen kompozit bir yapı malzemesidir. Geleneksel betonların bazı durumlarda istenilen özellikleri sağlayamaması özel betonların kullanımı zorunlu kılmıştır. Bu çalışmada özel betonlardan biri olan silindirle sıkıştırtmış betonun (SSB) bazı özellikleri incelenmiştir. Silindirle sıkıştırılmış beton (SSB) sıkıştırılmasında vibrasyonlu silindirlerin kullanıldığı beton tipidir.    Bu çalışmada farklı çimento tipinin SSB’nin basınç dayanımı üzerindeki etkisi incelenmiştir. CEM I 42,5 R ve CEM II B-M (V-L) 42.5 R olmak üzere iki farklı çimento tipi, farklı dozajlarda kullanılarak silindir numuneler üretilmiştir. SSB numuneler üzerinde B.HA, Vebe deneyi ve basınç dayananımı (7- 28 günlük)  deneyleri yapılmıştır. Yapılan deneyler sonucunda her iki çimento tipinde de çimento dozajının artmasıyla silindirle sıkıştırılmış beton numunelerin basınç dayanımı değerlerinin artığı ve CEM I 42,5 R tipi çimentonun basınç dayanımı değerlerinin daha iyi olduğu sonucuna varılmıştır.
