The present subject which has a broad scope has been discussed in terms of Kazakh legislation, legal doctrine. This essay was successfully defended as a Master’s thesis in front of a jury consisting of academic members of Ankara University. Civil Procedure Code, which was in force during the thesis defense since 01.01.2016 was repealed. With the new Civil Procedure Code, which entered into force were introduced new arrangements about recognition and enforcement foreign judgments. The objective of the essay is to look into current arrangements, and new provisions of entering into force arrangements that concern our subject, opinions recognized in the doctrine, and to detect some of the problems, and to offer solutions to such as far as possible
