Abstract:

The aim of this study is the teacher candidates, the students of the 21st century. It is to identify their awareness and competence perceptions of the tools they can use to measure their learning and innovation skills (creative thinking, problem solving, communication, cooperation and creativity). Following this determination, a web page available for free on the Internet is prepared by the 21st century of teachers candidates. They are open to access to the points where they are inadequate in measuring their skills. Thus, a chance was created for teachers candidates to complete their deficiencies if they had before they started their professional life. The study’s work group, which is in the visual scan model, consists of 214 volunteer teachers candidates who take the measurement and evaluation course in different educational faculty in the spring period of the 2017-2018 educational year. In this survey, the teacher candidates were asked about the conditions of hearing the measurement tools and the conditions of having the ability to prepare these measurement tools for their own courses. The findings obtained from the study show that the measurement tool that the teacher candidates have never heard and in the lowest rate they can prepare is the Case Judgment Tests, and then the computer simulations come.
