Purpose: We aim to analyze and present retrospective the findings of patients diagnosed with ozofagus cancer and evolved using 18F-Florodeoxyglucose (18F-FDG) Positron Emission Tomography/Computer Tomography (PET/BT) imaging. Patients and Method: This study included 37 patients diagnosed with ozofagus ca who were evolved with 18F-FDG PET/BT in our hospital between February 2015 and February 2020. Patients' age, gender, primary tumor localization and 18F-FDG PET/BT maximum standardized receipt value (SUVmax), mediastinal, abdominal and cervical lymph nodes, lungs (AC), liver (KC), bone and other areas metastases were evaluated retrospective. The average age of patients was 66.97±4.54 years. 20 patients (54 percent) were men and 17 patients (46 percent) were women. 10 patients (27%) had ozofagus top area tumor, 23 patients (62%) had ozofagus sub area tumor, 4 patients had ozofagus middle area tumor (11%). The pathological diagnosis of 23 patients was squamous cell ca, 14 patients were diagnosed as adeno ca. In all patients, the average primary tumor SUVmax was measured at 14,09±6,36. The primary tumor SUVmax average was 14.51 ± 6.63, and the primary tumor SUVmax average was 13.40 ± 6.03 in patients with adeno ca. There were no metastases in 8 patients, while metastases in 29 were identified. In 3 patients, a second primary malignity (two colon ca, one nasopharynx ca) was detected. 9 of the patients who continued their treatment and follow-up in our hospital followed progression in 7 and regression in 2. In the early stages of patients diagnosed with ozofagus ca, the 18F-FDG PET/BT is an increasing frequency of use today, a useful method of visualization. This is supported in our work.
