Abstract:

Travel reflects the rich cultural accumulation of geography related to the fields of geography, linguistics, literature, history and other sciences. That the intensity of this information can be reflected to future generations is a subject that can be studied by a linguistic approach. The narrative language, the way it speaks, the examples it gives, the fluency, the influence and responsibility of the journey, the narrative of the joke is worth considering as a bridge between generations. In this context, the Travel Name of Marriage Chelebi has been studied by different disciplines and interpreted in different ways. In this story plan of Mariah Carey, there are a few vacancies, and when Mariah Carey receives information from the oral tradition and written sources, these vacancies are filled. The failure to access information or the failure to have sufficient knowledge makes it justified that the work should be developed in speech. In the framework of the research, a statement analysis on travel in Turkey was carried out. In this study, covering the concepts the writer frequently uses at the word and phrase level, using the critical speech method, the name of Evliya Çelebi Travel was studied and the author's ideology was tried to be determined. It is a method that offers an original study opportunity because it is not widely used in Turkish literature as a critical speech method. There is no comparative case study of this method. In this study, a critical speech style has been tried to be applied at the method level. In this context, it will be able to extend the scope of the method and contribute to the work that will be done in this direction. Considering that the author's style and ideology can be determined not only by a single study, but also by a detailed study of the different works on different topics, comparative look at the study has become healthier.
