Purpose: Our study aims to reveal the success of patients with Covid-19 suspicious emergency service during pandemic during their first application in clinical, laboratory and imaging. Tools and Methods: This retrospective study was conducted with 1,400 patients applying to SEAH with suspicious Covid-19 from 17 March to 1 May 2020. The demographic characteristics, complaints, laboratory results, PCR tests, screening methods and hospitalization requirements were obtained from electronic medical records. Patients were divided into four groups. According to this; Group 1 [43 patients]: BT positive PCR positive, Group 2 [199 patients]: BT positive PCR negative, Group 3 [154 patients]: BT negative PCR positive, Group 4 [644 patients]: BT negative PCR negative Results: Covid-19 disease suspected 1040 patients, according to the analysis, the average age of the applicant patients was 45.15 ± 18.14 and 57.8% of the patients were identified as men. The most frequent complaints were coughing (40.4%) and fever (20.9%) respectively. The most common additional diseases in patients assessed in emergency due to suspicion of Covid-19 were HT (16.7%) and DM (11.3%). When the analysis of the laboratory parameters between the groups was made, statistically significant differences were found in terms of WBC, lymphocytes, NLR, CRP, d-Dimer, troponin, procalcitonin, ferritin and LDH values (respectively p=0.013, p=0.000, p=0.000, p=0.000, p=0.000, p=0.005, p=0.009, p=0.000, p=0.000, p=0.000, p=0.000). Result: Specific clinical characteristics and laboratory parameters to identify Covid-19 patients during the first application are not yet identified. In Pandemia management, we consider that the clinical table is not exactly sitting in the isolation decision, the patient group not accompanied by pneumonia is not in the emergency service applications, laboratory and imaging methods are not helpful to the clinics.
