Objective: In this study; It was aimed to identify the problems faced by health professionals when providing health services for refugees living in Turkey. Method: In order to determine the problems faced by the health care workers while providing health services for refugees and asylum seekers applying to the health institutions in Amasya, statistical information such as the number of these patients and the transactions performed were taken from the Hospital Information Management System (SISOFT Information Systems) used in the Amasya provincial health institutions. In line with this information, Results A total of 389 patients (197 males, 192 females) were admitted and 2280 patients were admitted to the hospital. According to the results of the surveys conducted during the last 1 year in order to determine the problems faced by the employees in the health institutions of Amasya in the refugee and asylum seeker service provision; 48% were physicians, nurses, health officers and midwives; 26% are IT, security and cleaning personnel; 75 people, 13% of them were assistant health personnel. When the number of refugee and asylum seekers the participants meet in the units they serve, 43% 0-3, 24% 3-5, 16% 5-10, 17% 10 and over. Conclusion According to the research findings conducted on the sample, Because the majority of health personnel use different languages with refugee and asylum-seekers, When the health personnel meet with gender discrimination during service delivery, They are subjected to violence by asylum-seekers, refugees or their relatives, It has been seen that health care workers have experienced some problems that refugees have not complied with hospital rules.
