Atasözleri, Türk kültürü içerisinde uzun bir zaman dilimi sonucunda edinilen bilgiler ışığında oluşmuş halk edebiyatı ürünleridir. Halkın edindiği tecrübeler atasözlerinin oluşum sürecinde doğrudan rol oynamaktadır. Yaşanılan olayların sonuçlarından elde edilen deneyimlere göre atasözleri meydana gelmiş ve kuşaktan kuşağa aktarılarak günümüze kadar ulaşmıştır. Atasözlerinin temel düşüncesi kendilerinden sonra gelen nesle çeşitli konularda öğütler vermek ve yol gösterici olmaktır. Böylece neslin devamını sağlayacak olan bireyler, atalarının deneyimlerini yansıtan atasözlerinin ışığında bir yaşam sürmektedirler. Atasözleri Türk halk felsefesinin en önemli yapı taşlarından birini meydana getirmektedir. Çünkü atasözleri Türk halkının atalarının duygu ve düşünce dünyasını yansıtmaktadır. Türk insanının yaşantısına dair çeşitli konulardaki birikimleri üzerinde düşünüp fikirler ortaya koymuş ve bu fikirlerini atasözleri vasıtasıyla kalıcı hale getirmiştir.Atasözlerinin hemen hemen her konuda örneklerinin olduğu görülmüştür. Bu çalışmanın konusunu ise Türkiye Türkçesindeki atasözlerinde yer alan düşman kavramı oluşturmuştur. Düşman ve düşmanlıkla ilgili atasözlerinin sayı bakımından fazlalığı dikkat çektiğinden bu çalışmanın yapılabileceği düşünülmüştür. Çalışmada düşman algısı, atasözlerindeki düşman kavramının özelikleri esas alınarak düşmanlıkla ilgili atasözlerinin tasnif edilmesi ve çözümlenmesi amaçlanmıştır. İçerisinde düşman kelimesinin doğrudan yer aldığı kırk üç adet atasözü tespit edilmiş ve söz konusu atasözleri içeriklerine göre tasnif edilmiştir. Ömer Asım Aksoy’un “Atasözleri Deyimler Sözlüğü I Atasözleri Sözlüğü”, Metin Yurtbaşı’nın “Sınıflandırılmış Atasözleri Sözlüğü” ve Prof. Dr. Özkul Çobanoğlu’nun “Türk Dünyası Atasözleri Sözlüğü”nde Türkiye Türkçesine ait atasözleri incelenmiş ve çalışmada yer alan atasözleri için bu üç kaynak esas alınmıştır. Düşman kelimesinin içerisinde bulunduğu atasözleri bu çalışmanın kapsamını oluşturmuştur. Çalışma kapsamında belirlenen atasözlerinin içerik analizi gerçekleştirilmiştir.

The experience of the public acquired directly plays a role in the process of the formation of the speech. According to the experience obtained from the results of the events that have occurred, the speech has occurred and has been transmitted from generation to generation until today. The basic thought of their proverbs is to give advice and guide the generations that come after them on various topics. Thus, the individuals who will ensure the continuity of the generation live a life in the light of their speeches that reflect their ancestors’ experiences. His words form one of the most important structural stones of the Turkish people's philosophy. Because their speech reflects the world of the feelings and thoughts of the Turkish people. He has thought about his accumulations in various subjects of the Turkish people's life and has presented ideas and made these ideas permanent through his speech. The subject of this work was the concept of the enemy in the Turkish speech. This work was thought to be done because the number of speeches about enemy and hostility attracted excess attention. In the study, the enemy perception is aimed at defining and dissolving the enemy-related motto on the basis of the characteristics of the enemy concept in its motto. Thirty-three speeches in which the word the enemy is directly included were identified and those speeches were classified according to their content. Omer Asım Aksoy's "Atasözleri Diyimler Dictionary I Atasözleri Dictionary", Textin Yurtbaşı's "Classified Atasözleri Dictionary" and Prof. Dr. Özkul Çobanoğlu's "Turkish World Atasözleri Dictionary" have been studied and these three sources have been based on the Turkish Atasözleri and the Atasözleri in the study. The words of the enemy in the word formed the scope of this work. Analysis of the content of the statements identified in the study was carried out.
