Abstract:

Bu çalışmada, 2004-2005 eğitim-öğretime başlayan Güzel Sanatlar ve Spor Liselerinde görev yapan yöneticilerin öğretmen görüşleri doğrultusunda problem çözme yeterlikleri araştırılmıştır. Araştırmanın örneklemini Elazığ, Uşak, Malatya, Trabzon, Çorum ve Eskişehir illerinde bulunan Güzel Sanatlar ve Spor Lisesinde görev yapan 128 branş öğretmeni oluşturmaktadır. Araştırma sonucunda cinsiyet, eğitim, mesleki deneyim, yaş ve hizmet süresi değişkeni bakımından öğretmen görüşleri arasında anlamlı farklılıklar görülmüştür. Bu kurumlarda yönetici ve okul çalışanları arasında pozitif etkileşimlerin oluşturulması, problemlerin çözümü için başvurulan yöntemlerin bütün öğretmenler tarafından olumlu algılanması, eğitim kalitesininüst düzeye çıkarılmasında önemli bir faktör olarak değerlendirilmiştir

Abstract:

In this study, the skills to solve problems of managers working in the Schools of Fine Arts and Sports, starting in 2004-2005, were studied in accordance with the teacher's opinions. The examples of the research are made up of 128 branches of teachers who work at the High School of Fine Arts and Sports located in Elazığ, Uşak, Malatya, Trabzon, Çorum and Eskişehir. The study found significant differences between teachers’ opinions in terms of gender, education, professional experience, age and service time. The creation of positive interactions between managers and school staff in these institutions, the positive perception by all teachers of the methods applied to solving problems, is considered an important factor in the elevation of the quality of education.
