Classical liberal approaches regarding to law, make a certain distinction between law and politics. Those approaches that feature the formalist and objectivist character of the law identify the legal system as an independent and autonomous area. However, the independency of the law among political, economic and social relations is extremely controversial. The disputes especially in the late 1970’s of America have been moved to a new dimension with the ideas of Critical Legal Studies movement. The origins of the Critical Legal Studies’ legal logic which obtain its structural quiddity from the Frankfurt School’s critical thought and post-Marxism was primarily inclined to research liberal legal approaches and liberal legal system. Critical lawyers by internalizing the “law is politics” postulate have scrutinized the connection of the law with the politics and they objected the legal argumentation methods of the liberalism. They also began to use a new perception and method that feed on from the critical thought aiming the legal system. Eventually in this context, the article deals with the attribute of law and politics relation and Critical Legal Studies movement
