Abstract:

Foreign language teaching teachers and teachers also discuss the method that will be used in this teaching process. It is a very important subject that foreign language is effective, permanent and equipped with skills that meet the needs. For the one who learns a foreign language must first determine which language he wants to accomplish for the purpose and expectation. The most demanded qualification in the chosen teaching method for the need for foreign language learning is to acquire basic language skills in a short time. This gain may be expressed in individual or national and/or universal dimensions. The reasons that push people to know a foreign language, no matter what, the success of language learning is closely related to the method that is applied. From the beginning of the teaching of French as a foreign language, this side has been subject to different methods, approaches and techniques. Different teaching principles and methods have been used in accordance with the changing world conditions and the expectations of individuals. This has also occurred by the way that one method could be developed in a long way, and it has also occurred by the way that one method could be replaced by the other. In this study, we will try to reveal what causes this, such as the methods, methods and approaches used in the teaching of French as a foreign language, will be studied in terms of historical processes. Thus, the aim of French as a foreign language is to formulate the problems arising from the method of learning/learning and to give a different perspective to the new approaches that can be developed.
