Abstract:

The concept of corporate social responsibility is now an important position in terms of both private and public institutions, both the forms of implementation and the strategies it uses and the universal acceptance. Starting from the adoption of current approaches to corporate social responsibility; it can be suggested that the KSS practices provide various benefits to both institutions and individuals. It covers an application for the benefit of all stakeholders in which the institutions are interacting. This study aims to emphasize that corporate social responsibility is at least as important as the private sector in terms of public institutions. In fact, we can say that in the basis of the fact of public benefit there is similar understanding. To emphasize that corporate social responsibility is very important in terms of public institutions, it is aimed at determining the perceptions of public staff working in a public institution about corporate social responsibility. The survey conducted in the specified public institution has identified the perceptions of individuals and has been attempted to determine whether these perceptions produce differences in terms of demographic factors. Analysis of the data collected found that the perceptions of corporate social responsibility of employees in public institutions differ in terms of age and professional experience factors.
