Abstract:

Private educational institutions have been spread and developed in our country in recent years. The state of happy or unhappy teachers working in private schools will have a positive or negative impact on their performance. Unhappy teachers will decrease the school’s success and efficiency, and they won’t be able to work at that school when it’s evaluated next year. Therefore, it is thought to contribute to education by discussing the degree of influence of teachers working in private schools, what are the reasons that affect their happiness and the organizational happiness perception levels of teachers. For this reason, the opinions of the private school teachers in Sivas were applied. In our study, we used the method of quality research. In the study, the work group was determined with the maximum variety of sampling methods, with twenty teachers working in 6 private schools in the center of Sivas, with the "methode of confrontation" was discussed. "Semi-configured interview form" was developed by the researcher, and content analysis was used in the conversion and analysis of data into text. The study focused on four topics: Happiness, Organizational Happiness, The Impact of Organizational Happiness on Teachers' Life and Increasing Teachers' Organizational Happiness Levels.
