Abstract:

One of the indicators that represent the result and form of the corporate structuring processes of an organization or enterprise is the Management Organization Schemes. Organizational schemes, in addition to the core functions of the organization or organization, also show the places of its other functions in the hierarchical order. The publication of the organizational schemes of hospitals in Turkey on the websites is mandatory according to Health Quality Standards (SKS) Hospital version 6.1 published by the Ministry of Health. In this study, the Organization Schemes published on the websites of public hospitals have been studied and made analysis of conformity to the SKS criteria in terms of shape and content arrangement. The study was published by the Ministry of Health during the 2nd and 3rd study. 100 beds and more capacity hospitals have been included in the list of Basamak health institutions. In this case, 357 of the 741 hospitals on the list are under the investigation scope.
