Bu çalışma, 2016-2017 yıllarında ikinci ürün olarak GAP Tarımsal Araştırma Enstitüsü Müdürlüğüne bağlı Talat Demirören araştırma istasyonunda altı tatlı sorgum (Dale, M81-E, PHS 12-10, Urja, Top 76-6, Theis) çeşidinin bazı tarımsal ve teknolojik özelliklerinin belirlenmesi amacıyla yürütülmüştür. Deneme tesadüf blokları deneme desenine göre dört tekerrürlü olarak kurulmuş, parseller sıra arası 70 cm, sıra üzeri 20 cm olacak şekilde beş sıralı olarak düzenlenmiştir. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre; çeşitlerin ana sap çapları 22.53-28.83 mm, yeşil ot verimi dekara 10 633-16 172 kg arasında, yapraksız sap verimi dekara 9 117-13 413 kg arasında değişmiştir. Teknolojik özelliklerden, kuru madde oranı %19.1-26.1, özsu verimi, şeker verimi ve biyoetanol verimi sırasıyla 3 658-5 163 l da-1, 394-928 kg da-1 ve 160-237 l da-1 arasında değişmiştir. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre, tatlı sorgum çeşitlerinin farklı kullanılması amaçlandığında; yeşil ot verimi, özsu verimi, şeker verimi yönünden Urja, biyoetanol verimi bakımından ise M81 E çeşidi tavsiye edilen çeşitler olmuşlardır.

Abstract:

This study was conducted in 2016-2017 with the aim of determining some of the agricultural and technological characteristics of the six sweet query varieties (Dale, M81-E, PHS 12-10, Urja, Top 76-6, Theis) at the Talat Demirören Research Station, affiliated with the Directorate of the GAP Agricultural Research Institute. Test random blocks are set in four rounds according to the test pattern, the parcels are arranged in five rounds so that the rounds will be 70 cm and the rounds over 20 cm. According to the research results; the main spine diameters of the varieties varied between 22.53-28.83 mm, green grass yields between 10 633-16 172 kg, leafless spine yields between 9 117-13 413 kg. From the technological characteristics, the proportion of dry material is 19.1-26. 1, extract production, sugar production and bioetanol production varied between 3 658-5 163 l da-1, 394-928 kg da-1 and 160-237 l da-1 respectively. According to the research results, when the purpose of the different use of the sweetening varieties is: green herb production, extract production, sugar production Urja, and bioetanol production M81 E are the recommended varieties.

This study was carried out to determine some agricultural and technological characteristics of six varieties of sweet sorghums (Dale, M81-E, PHS 12-10, Urja, Top 76-6, Theis) as the second crop at the Talat Demiroren research station of the GAP Agricultural Research Institute in 2016-2017 years. The trial was set up in a randomized blocks trial design with four replications, parcels were arranged in five rows which are inter rows 70 cm and intra rows 20 cm. According to the research results; the main stem diameters of the cultivars ranged between 22.53-28.83 mm, green herbage yield per decare 10 633-16 172 kg, leafless stem yield per decare 9 117-13 413 kg. Among the technological properties, the dry matter ratio varied between 19.1-26.1%, sap yield, sugar yield and bioethanol yield ranged between 3 658-5 163 l da-1, 394-928 kg da-1 and 160-237 l da-1, respectively. According to the research results, when different uses of sweet sorghum varieties are aimed; In terms of green grass yield, sap yield, sugar yield, Urja and M81 E type was recommended for bioethanol yield.
