The pathological changes in the genital canal are one of the biggest causes of infertility and the inability to take a puppy. In this study, the objective is to identify pathological changes in the ovarian and uterus in cows cut in the province of Erzurum, to determine the incidence rates and to identify the macroscopic and microscopic properties. For this purpose, in a special cutting house in the province of Erzurum, 224 cuts were followed and samples of ovaries and uterus were taken from 41 animals with macroscopic injury. After routine histopathological tracking, the 5 micron cuts were painted with hematoxylene-eosine and studied in the light microscope. At the end of the study, 18.3% of the injuries were detected. When injuries are taken into account at the organ level, 7% in the ovarian. In the 59th part of the uterus, 12.5% of the pathological findings were identified. The injury observed in the ovarian was detected as atrophic ovarian (% 1.34), folicular cysts (% 3.57), luteinized cysts (% 0.89), cystic corpus luteum (% 1.34), epithelial inclusion cysts (% 0.89), pigmentation (% 0.45), granulomatic fires (% 0.89), other ooforitis (% 0.45) and tumor-like structures (% 0.89). In the Uterus examples, adenomyosis (% 0. 89), atrophy (% 0.89), hyperplasia in the endometrium (% 2.23), squamous metaplasia in the endometrium (% 0.45), pigmentation (% 1.34), hydrometry (% 0.89), mucometry (% 1.34), pyometry (% 0.89), hematometry (% 0.45), cataractic-irinic endometry (% 3.13), chronic endometry (% 1.34) and metrity (% 0.45) were determined. As a result, 18.3% of the ovarian and uterus samples of cows cut in the mosquito in the Erzurum province were detected. In the study, the most common pathological changes in the uterus and ovarian were identified as inflammatory diseases of the uterus and folicular cysts in the ovarian, respectively.
