The effect of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) on tissues, organs, systems, and functions of systems is still being diagnosed. Heart disease and chronic kidney disease are among the most common concomitant diseases in individuals diagnosed with COVID-19. In this study, the needs of a patient with chronic kidney failure and chronic heart failure who was hospitalized because of COVID-19 were evaluated in accordance with Gordon’s Functional Health Patterns model, and in this context, it was carried out to plan nursing care..
