Localization of endometrial stroma and glands out of uterus cavity is termed as “endometriosis”. Intestinal endometriosis is rarely encountered. It is commonly observed in rectosigmoid and rectovaginal septum. it presents surgical indication in cases such as pain, bleeding and bowel obstruction. In this study 25 years old female patient without any surgical history who was detected to have endometriosis in ileocecal region was presented. In the examinations, it was observed that she was present with wall thickening in ileocecal region. The patient was operated and having been observed to have a mass that obstructed lumen in cecum, she was performed right hemicolectomi operation. Her patological finding were reported as endometriosis in ileocecal region. It is quite difficult to diagnose endometriosis in the preoperation process. The diagnosis is generally done following the histopathological investigation.
