İslâm dünyasının yirminci yüzyılda öne çıkan âlimlerinden Seyyid Kutub, yaşadığı dönemde başta Mısır olmak üzere İslâm dünyasının genelinde büyük bir etkiye sahip olmuştur. Seyyid Kutub, hemen her konuda fikir sahibi olmasının yanı sıra bu fikirleriyle hareket eden öncü bir şahsiyettir. Özelde İslâm dünyasının, genelde dünya düzeninin bu çağdaki problemleriyle ilgilenen bir fikir adamıdır. Bu çalışmada ise Seyyid Kutub’un düşüncelerinden İslâmi ilimler arasında yer alan kelâm ilmine yaklaşımı ve bu ilim dalına dair eleştirileri incelenmektedir. Çalışmada onun fikirlerinde önemli bir etkiye sahip olan hayatı, özet olarak ele alınmaktadır. Bununla beraber tarihsel süreçte kelâm ilmine yönelik eleştiriler belli bir sistematik içinde incelenmiştir. Zira onun eleştirileri büyük ölçüde kendisinde önce kelâma yöneltilmiş eleştirilere dayanmaktadır. Daha sonra ise Seyyid Kutub’un kelâm ilmine ve kelâmın ortaya çıkış sebeplerine ilişkin görüşlerine yer verilmiştir. Seyyid Kutub’un kelâm eleştirisi kısmında ise öncelikle onun kelâma yönelik metodik eleştirisi incelenmekte, sonrasında da bu ilim dalının muhtevasına yönelik eleştirileri üzerinde durulmuştur. Bu çalışmanın temel amacı, Seyyid Kutub’un kelâma yönelik eleştirilerini ve bu eleştirilerin kelâm eleştirileri geleneğindeki yerini ortaya koymakdır.
In the 20th century, Seyyid Kutub, one of the prominent allies of the Islamic world, had a great influence throughout the Islamic world, including Egypt, during the time of his life. Seyyid Kutub is a leading person who acts with these ideas, in addition to having an idea about almost everything. He is an idea man of the Islamic world, often concerned with the problems of the world order in this age. In this study, Seyyid Kutub’s thoughts are examined by the approach to the word science that is among the Islamic sciences and the criticism of this branch of science. His life, which has a significant influence on his ideas in the study, is described as a summary. However, in the historical process, the criticism of the word science has been examined in a certain system. His criticism is largely based on the criticism of the first one. After that, he was given the knowledge of the word of Seyyid Kutub and the reasons for the discovery of the word. In Seyyid Kutub’s word criticism, first the methodological criticism of his word is examined, then the criticism of this branch of science is focused on the criticism of the word. The main objective of this study is to reveal the criticisms of Seyyid Kutub and the place of these criticisms in the tradition of criticism.
Sayyid Qutb is one of the most prominent scholars of the Islamic world in 20th century. During his life, he had a significant impact on Islamic world, including Egypt in particular. Apart from having ideas on almost every matter, Sayyid Qutb was a pioneering personality acting upon these ideas. He was not only interested in the problems of the Islamic world but also the whole world order of his era. The study examines the approach of Sayyid Qutb to kalām as an Islamic science and analyses his criticism of this science. In the study, Sayyid Qutb’s life, which had a significant impact on his ideas, has been briefly explained. In addition, his criticisms of the kalām in the historical process are analysed within a certain systematic. For, Qutb’s criticism of the kalām has considerably based on previous criticisms. Then, the study has examined his views on kalām and on the historical reasons that led to the emergence of the Kalam studies. The chapters on Sayyid Qutb's criticisms of kalām are primarily concerned with his criticism of kalāmic methods. Then, his critique of the content of kalām has been studied. The aims of this study is to reveal Sayyid Qutb`s criticism of kalām and to determine the place of his criticism in the school of kalāmic critique.
