Although one of the most important representatives of the field of linguistics and indicators, the work of Prof. Dr. Tahsin Yücel, who writes works in numerous stories, novels and experimental types, published in 2006 and described the year 2073 as "Gökdelen" is especially important in the context of emphasizing the impact of the space on man and society. On the other hand, "Gökdelen", which deals with the customized judicial system, is also an extremely valuable structure in terms of the fictional transmission of power-media and judicial relationships. The story and characters of the advertising and film chosen in the article are discussed in the context of Gökdelen's main follow and the roles the main characters take over. From this thought to move the production of the Agaoğlu Companies Group Chairman Ali Agaoğlu’s construction company undertaken “AĞAOĞLU MASLAK 1453 ISTANBUL” Project in the advertising film and in the 2015 showing “Mana Tale Story” film contractor characters and the ways and methods they follow in the actions targeted by these characters, the “like and differences” between the three stories have been analyzed by the intertext approach. In all three stories (roman, advertising, film) in which the sky is used as symbolic, it appears that the purpose in the real and fictional world is the same, despite the change in time, space and character. Because Ali Ağaoğlu, who offers himself as a "life architect", also (reklam-home), in the framework of the project he joins with an international construction company, the contractor Timur Arslan, who dreams of planting clouds instead of washing the old houses, also (film-home) dedicated all his strength and energy from the main characters of the novel as Basel Diker to "create from the beginning" of Istanbul.

Prof. Tahsin Yücel, who wrote numerous short stories, novels, and essays, as one of the major representatives in the fields of linguistics, and semiotics, published his “Gökdelen” in 2006 in which he narrated the year of 2073, and which is important in the context of emphasizing the effects of space, especially on individual and society. Dealing with the problem of denationalized judiciary system “Gökdelen” has been exceedingly influential on transferring the relationships between power-media and judiciary fictionally. The stories, and the characters of a commercial, and a movie selected for this article are discussed in the context of the main track, and the roles undertaken by the main characters of “Gökdelen”. Based on this idea the constructors, and the target-specific ways, and methods they apply in the commercial movie of the project of “AĞAOĞLU MASLAK 1453 İSTANBUL”, which is produced by the chairman Ali Ağaoğlu’s construction company, belonging to Ağaoğlu Corporate Group; and the movie, “Bana Masal Anlatma”, released in 2015 and the “similatities and diferences between these three narratives are analyzed within an intertextual approach. Space, time, and agents/characters are changed in these three narratives (novel, commercial, and movie), in which the skyscraper is engaged symbolically, as in real, and fictional worlds, with the same purposes. For both of the figures; Ali Ağaoğlu, who presents himself as “life architecture” (commercial-dwelling); and the other is constructor Timur Arslan, who dreams demolishing old houses and constructing new skyscrapers in place of them within a project he conducts with an international construction company (movie-dwelling) devoted their all energy, and power to “recreate” İstanbul from the scratch like Temel Diker, one of the main characters of the novel.
