Abstract:

Because of the low population in the village, the class is called a combined class in the process of the implementation of the educational teaching activity by one teacher by gathering students of different class levels in the village schools. The aim of this research is to identify the problems and solutions that the class teacher who works in the united classroom rural school is experiencing. The method of research is defined as the method of study. The research was conducted on the experience and experiences of a class teacher working in a central village primary school affiliated with the National Education Directorate in the 2011-2012 educational year. In the study, semi-configured open end questions were used. Imaginary analysis was carried out by creating categories on the obtained data. The study found that the teacher had problems with the healthy conduct of his educational teaching activities and that the main reason for this was that the course "Teaching in Joint Classes" was not enough to take only two hours of theoretical in the bachelor's program. In addition, the study found that the teaching candidates did in the city center where teaching practice courses were during their bachelor's study and that they were not prepared for the fact that they were a village teacher, so they were not able to adapt to the village environment when they were assigned to the villages.
