Bu çalışma, 15-49 yaş evli kadınların üreme sağlığını koruyucu tutum ve davranışlarını belirlemek amacıyla Denizli ilinde tanımlayıcı olarak yapılmıştır.. Araştırmanın evrenini, merkez 1 Nolu sağlık ocağı Muratdede mahallesine kayıtlı 15-49 yaş arası evli kadınlar oluşturmuştur. Örneklem grubunu ise, sistematik örneklem yöntemiyle seçilen ve araştırma için gerekli formları doldurmayı kabul eden, 135 evli kadın oluşturmuştur. Veriler ev ziyaretleriyle, Kasım – Aralık 2004 tarihleri arasında, araştırmacılar tarafından oluşturulan sosyodemografik soru formu ve “Evli Kadınların Üreme Sağlığını Koruyucu Tutumlarını Belirleme Ölçeği” ile toplanmıştır. Verilerin değerlendirmesinde; ortalama, standart sapma, sayı, yüzdelik hesaplamaları, t testi, Mann-Whitney U ve Kruskal-Wallis testleri kullanılmıştır. Araştırma kapsamına alınan evli kadınların %68.9’u ilköğretim mezunu ve %94.1’i ev hanımıdır. %36.3’ü 1 çocuğa sahip olup, %64.4’ü etkili bir aile planlaması yöntemi kullanmaktadır. This study was conducted as a identifying behavior and behavior in the Denizli province in order to determine the reproductive health of 15-49 years old married women.The universe of the study was formed by 15-49 years old married women registered in the district of Muratdede, the 1st health center. The sample group was formed by 135 married women who were selected by the systematic sample method and agreed to fill in the necessary forms for the research. The data was collected with home visits, between November and December 2004, with the sociodemographic question form created by the researchers and the "Mass of determining married women's reproductive health protective attitudes". In the assessment of data; average, standard deviation, number, percentage calculations, t test, Mann-Whitney U and Kruskal-Wallis tests were used. 68.9 percent of married women under the survey are primary school graduates and 94.1 percent are households. 36.3 percent have 1 child and 64.4 percent use an effective family planning method. The study found a significant difference between the women’s educational conditions, social security conditions, the method of family planning they use, any reproductive health problems and the total score of the underdimensions of the UNHCR.
