Abstract:

Abstract The present text was constructed from experience practical in one Company of the Battalion of Policy Military of Ceara and objective to discuss the relationship between the routine work of Policy Military of Ceara in detriment of the your quality of life. For this, was necessary: Identify the impact of routine work with physical exercise; learn possible factors of stress that are present in the practice professional of the military police; understand the impact of the work in everyday military police.
