So many results that aren't mine?

Paternalist Liderliğin Örgütsel Bağlılığa Etkisi: Gemiadamları Üzerinde Bir Araştırma

Abstract:

Araştırmanın amacı, gemi kaptanlarının paternalist liderlik tarzlarının gemiadamlarının örgütsel bağlılıklarına etkisini belirlemektir. Veriler literatüre bağlı olarak geliştirilen bir anket ile toplanmıştır. Anketler, 23 Şubat-31 Mart 2016 tarihleri arasında Mersin Limanına gelen gemiadamlarına milliyetlerine göre oluşturulan kotalar esas alınarak uygulanmış ve 775 geçerli anket elde edilmiştir. Veriler tanımlayıcı istatistiklerin yanı sıra, faktör analizi, regresyon analizi ve ANOVA’ya tabi tutulmuştur. Örgütsel bağlılığı, patenalist liderlik boyutlarından “aile atmosferi”, “bireysel ilişki” ve “iş dışı yaşama katılma” boyutlarının etkilediği bulunmuştur. Çalışma, kaptanların gemiadamlarının bağlılığını besleyebilecek çeşitli önerilerle son bulmaktadır.

The Impact of Paternalist Leadership on Organizational Liability: A Research on Shipman

Abstract:

The aim of the study is to determine the influence of the paternalist leadership styles of ship captains on the organizational commitments of the shipman. The data was collected with a survey developed based on literature. The surveys were carried out on the basis of quotas created by nationality to shipping passengers from 23 February to 31 March 2016 and 775 current surveys were obtained. The data, in addition to the identificative statistics, is subject to factor analysis, regression analysis and ANOVA. Organizational commitment has been found to be influenced by the dimensions of “family atmosphere”, “individual relationships” and “non-working life participation” from the dimensions of patenalist leadership. The study ends with a variety of suggestions that can feed the commitment of the captains' crew.
