2015 ve 2016 yıllarında yürütülen bu çalışmada farklı damla sulama uygulamalarının ‘Tombul’ fındık çeşidinde bazı kimyasal ve teknolojik özellikler üzerine etkisi araştırılmıştır. Çalışmada döllenme sonu-meyve tutumu, tohum taslağı-embriyo gelişimi ve hasat önü dönemleri esas alınarak 3 farklı sulama programı uygulanmıştır. Birinci program her üç dönemde sulama, ikinci program sadece tohum taslağı-embriyo gelişimi döneminde sulama ve üçüncü program tohum taslağı-embriyo gelişimi ve hasat önü döneminde sulama olup sulama yapılmayan da kontrol gurubu olarak planlanmıştır. Sonuç olarak, ‘Tombul’ çeşidinde, incelenen parametreler dikkate alındığında, protein oranına sulamadan ziyade yıl etkisinin daha belirgin olduğu, oleik asit oranına sulamaların pozitif etki yaptığı, linoleik asit ile palmitik asidin yıllara göre sulamalardan farklı etkilendiği, sulanan fındıkların yağlarındaki oksidatif stabilite değerinin (ransimat) daha yüksek olduğu, genel olarak sulamaların kabuk kırılma direncine belirgin bir etkisinin olmadığı ve incelenen diğer parametrelere sulamaların önemli etki yapmadığı belirlenmiştir.
This study, conducted in 2015 and 2016, has studied the impact of different dropling applications on some chemical and technological characteristics in the 'Tombul' nuts variety. In the study, 3 different watering programmes were implemented based on fertilization end-fruit attitude, seed design-embry development and pre-collection periods. The first program is planned as the only seed-design-embry development period of irrigation and the third program is planned as the seed-design-embry development and pre-colture period of irrigation and the second program is planned as the control group of irrigation. As a result, in the "Tombul" variety, when considering the parameters studied, it was determined that the effect of the year is more evident than the waterproof rate, that the waterproof has a positive effect on the oleic acid rate, that the linoleic acid and palmitic acid are influenced differently from the waterproof year by year, that the oxidative stability value (ransimat) in the ointments of the waterproof oil is higher, that the waterproof generally does not have a clear effect on the resistance to corrosion and that the waterproof does not have a significant effect on the other parameters studied.
