Erik Meyvesinin Farklı Hasat Dönemlerindeki Bazı Fiziksel ve Mekanik Özelliklerinin Belirlenmesi

Abstract:

Bu çalışmada, erik meyvesinin üç farklı hasat zamanındaki nem içeriği, uzunluk, genişlik, kalınlık, geometrik ortalama çap değerleri, kütle, boşluklu hacim ağırlığı, meyve yoğunluğu, porozite, projeksiyon alanı, daldan kopma kuvveti ve farklı düşme yüksekliklerden farklı yüzeylere düşme sonucu eriklerdeki zedelenme durumları belirlenmiştir. Çalışmanın sonuçlarına göre, ilk hasat zamanından son hasat zamanına kadar erik meyvesinin boyut özelliklerin, geometrik ortalama çap değerinin, meyve kütlesinin, küresellik ve projeksiyon alanının arttığı tespit edilmiştir.

Abstract:

In this study, the moisture content of the plum fruit at three different harvest periods, length, width, thickness, geometric mean diameter values, mass, void volume weight, voidless volume weight, porosity, projection area, detachment force and bruising on different surfaces from different drop heights were determined. According to the results of the study, it was determined that the size characteristics, geometric mean diameter value, fruit mass, sphericity and projection area of the plum fruit from the first harvest time to the last harvest time.
