Purpose: The study aimed to determine the anxiety levels of students studying at Health Sciences faculties during the Covid-19 pandemic. Materials and Methods: The sampling method of the research is convenience sampling. The data were obtained by the survey method. The population of the research consists of students studying at the Faculty of Health Sciences of a state university. In addition to demographic questions, students studying at the Faculty of Health Sciences were asked the "Coronavirus Anxiety Scale", consisting of 5 items, to measure their anxiety levels during the Covid-19 pandemic. Research data were analyzed with SPSS 22.0 program. Results: 377 students studying at the faculty of health sciences participated in the research. 304 of the students are female and 73 are male. However, it was determined that the Covid-19 anxiety levels of the students of the physiotherapy and rehabilitation department differed significantly and were higher than the anxiety levels of the students of the nutrition and dietetics department. 179 of the students stay in the dormitory, 175 with their families and 23 at home alone or with a friend. It was determined that the Covid-19 anxiety levels of the nursing department students differed significantly and were higher than the covid-19 anxiety levels of the emergency aid and disaster management and nutrition and dietetics department students. In addition, it was concluded that there was a significant difference in the anxiety levels of the students who smoked compared to the non-smokers, and that the anxiety levels of the smokers were higher. Anxiety levels of students do not differ according to gender, class, place of residence and alcohol use. Conclusion: During the Covid-19 pandemic, students' anxiety levels differ according to gender, smoking status and the departments they receive education. It has been concluded that the health sciences faculty students generally have low levels of Covid-19 anxiety.
