Özet:

Eğitimde yenilikçi paradigmaların giderek daha fazla önem kazanmasıyla birlikte öğretim teknolojileri eğitime yerleşmeye devam etmektedir. Öğretim teknolojilerinin eğitimde kullanılması öğrencilerin öğrenmeye aktif katılmasını, öğrenmenin kalıcı olmasını ve eğitimin niteliğinin artmasını sağlamaktadır. Bu makalenin amacı duygu, değer ve tutum gibi bireysel özelliklerin ön plana çıktığı duyuşsal alanın öğrencilerin öğretimi sırasında harekete geçirilmesinde öğretim teknolojilerinin yararını ortaya koymaktır. Öğretim sırasında kullanılan mobil teknolojiler, simülasyonlar, bilgisayar modelleri, EDpuzzle, Instagram, Kahoot!, digital öyküleme araçları gibi öğretim teknolojileri ve güncel programlar, öğrencilerin dikkatini, ilgisini, motivasyonlarını ve memnuniyetlerini arttırmaktadır. Bu bağlamda hemşire eğitimciler, çağın getirdiği yenilikçi eğitimi takip ederek öğretim teknolojilerini kullanmayı benimsemeli/desteklemeli ve sürekli mesleki gelişim etkinlikleriyle kendini geliştirmelidir.
