Bu çalışmanın amacı, liselerde öğrenim gören öğrencilerin okul kültürü algıları ile okula yabancılaşmaları arasındaki ilişkinin incelenmesidir. Araştırma ilişkisel tarama modelinde yürütülmüştür. Araştırmanın evrenini 2018-2019 eğitim öğretim yılında Malatya ili Battalgazi ve Yeşilyurt ilçelerindeki liselerde öğrenim gören öğrenciler oluşturmaktadır. Örnekleme 407 öğrenci dâhil edilmiştir. Öğrencilerin okul kültürü algılarını belirlemek amacıyla Göldağ (2015) tarafından geliştirilen "Okul Kültürü Ölçeği", okula yabancılaşmalarını ölçmek amacıyla Sanberk’in (2003) "Öğrenci Yabancılaşma" ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Fark analizleri için normallik varsayımı incelenmiş (basıklık ve çarpıklık) verilerin normal dağılım özelliği gösterdiği saptanmıştır. Bu nedenle veriler, betimleyici analizler (ortalama ve standart sapma) ile parametrik analizler olan bağımsız gruplar için t-testi, tek yönlü varyans analizi testi (ANOVA) ve Pearson Çarpım Moment Korelasyon Analizi kullanılarak test edilmiştir. Anlamlılık düzeyi p<,05 alınmıştır. Elde edilen sonuçlara göre öğrencilerin okul kültürü algıları ile okula yabancılaşmaları arasında orta düzeyde negatif yönlü anlamlı bir ilişki vardır. Öğrencilerin okul kültürü algıları yükseldikçe okula olan yabancılaşmaları da azalmaktadır.
The aim of this study is to explore the relationship between school culture perceptions of high school students and their outsiders to school. The research was carried out in the relational scan model. The universe of research is formed by students studying in high schools in the 2018-2019 educational year in the districts of Malatya or Battalgazi and Greenland. The study included 407 students. The "School Culture Scale", developed by Göldağ (2015) in order to determine the perceptions of school culture, was used by Sanberk's (2003) scale "School Foreign" in order to measure their foreignization to school. The normality assumption for differential analyses was found that the data studied (pressure and confusion) showed a normal distribution feature. Thus, the data was tested using t-test for independent groups with illustrative analyses (mediate and standard deviation) and parametric analyses, one-way variance analysis test (ANOVA) and Pearson Fragment Moment Correlation Analysis. The level of significance is p<,05. According to the results obtained, there is a meaningful relationship between students’ school culture perceptions and their outsourcing to school at the middle level. As the school culture perceptions are increasing, the school outsourcing is also decreasing.
The aim of the present study is to investigate the relationship between school culture perceptions and school alienation of high school students. The present research has been conducted in relational screening model. The population of the study consists of the students studying in high schools in the Battalgazi and Yeşilyurt districts of Malatya in the 2018-2019 academic year. 407 students have been included in the sample. School culture scale developed by Göldağ and student alienation scale of Sanberk have been used to measure school culture perceptions. The normality assumption for the difference analysis has been found to be the normal distribution characteristic of the data with Kurtosis and skewness coefficients in the range of ± 1. For this reason, the data has been tested using descriptive analysis (mean and standard deviation) and t-test for independent groups which are parametric analyzes, one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) and Pearson Product Moment Correlation Analysis. The significance level has been taken as p <, 05. According to the obtained results; there is a moderate level negative relationship between students' perceptions of school culture and their school alienation. As students' perception of school culture increases, their alienation from school decreases
