Bu makalenin amacı, özel sektörün kolektif eylemlere katılımını ve çatışma ve çatışma sonrası bölgelerdeki insani felaketler ve krizlerde oynadığı rolleri araştırmaktır. Çok paydaşlı girişimler (ÇPG) bu çalışmanın ana vurgusudur. Çalışma, özel sektörün çeşitli ortaklık biçimlerine katılımını analiz etmekte ve bu girişimlerin karşılaştığı zorlukları ele almaktadır. Rasyonel seçim kurumsallığı teorisi, ÇPG rollerinin tartışılması ve tanımlanmasında kullanılmaktadır. Analiz, Suriye mülteci krizi üzerine inşa edilmiştir ve özel sektörün çeşitli aktörlerle işbirliği yaparak insani yardım faaliyetlerine potansiyel olarak daha fazla katkıda bulunabileceğini göstermektedir. Bu çalışma ayrıca, engellerin üstesinden gelmek ve ÇPG’lerin etkinliğini artırmak için öneriler sunarak katkıda bulunmaktadır.
The purpose of this article is to explore the participation of the private sector in collective actions and the roles it plays in humanitarian disasters and crises in the post-conflict and conflict regions. Multi-interested initiatives (CPGs) are the main emphasis of this work. The study analyses the participation of the private sector in the various forms of partnership and addresses the challenges that these initiatives face. The rational choice theory is used in discussing and defining the roles of the CPG. The analysis is based on the Syrian refugee crisis and shows that the private sector could potentially contribute more to humanitarian aid activities by cooperating with various actors. This study also contributes by offering recommendations to overcome obstacles and increase the effectiveness of CPGs.
