Özet Bu çalışma, retrograd dolgu uygulamalarında kullanılan kavite vernikli amal gam, gümüş cam iyonomer simam, güçlendirilmiş çinko oksit öjenol simam ve düşük ısılı enjekte termoplastik güta perkanın apikal sız-dırmazlık özelliklerini incelemek amacıyla planlandı. Kök kanalları genişletildi ve dolduruldu. Kök uçları re-zeke edildi ve retrograd dolgular için kaviteler hazırlandı. Dişler her hiri 10 dişten oluşan dört gruba ayrıldı. Ayrıca beş diş negatif kontrol, beş diş ise pozitif kontrol için ayrıldı. Grup 1'de kavite vernikK yüksek balar oranlı amalgam, Grup 2'de gümüş cam iyonomer simanı, Grup 3'de düşük ısılı enjekte termoplastik güta perka ve Grup 4'de güçlendirilmiş çinko oksit öjenol simanı kavitelere yerleştirildi. Dişler 48 saat boyunca çini mürekkebinde bekletildi, demineralize edildi, şeffaflaştırıldı ve boya sızıntısı Unear olarak stereomikroskop kullanılarak değerlendirildi. Bu çalışmadan elde edilen bulgular, kavite vernikli yüksek bakır oranlı amalgam ve gümüş cam iyonomer simam kullanılan dişlerde, güçlendirilmiş çinko oksit öjenol simam ve düşük ısılı enjekte termoplastik güta perka kullanılan dişlere oranla İstatistik! olarak anlamlı derecede (p<0.05) daha az apikal boya sızıntısı oluşA tuğunu gösterdi. This study was planned to study the characteristics of the curved vernical amal gam, silver glass ionomer, enhanced zinc oxide ojenol sim and low-heat injection thermoplastic grain, used in retrograde filling applications. Root channels were extended and filled. The roots ends were re-zecked and cavities were prepared for retrograde fillings. The teeth are divided into four groups of 10 teeth. Five teeth were given to negative controls and five to positive controls. In Group 1, the high-bars ratio amalgam, the silver glass ionomer in Group 2, the low-heat injected thermoplastic wheat perka and the strengthened zinc oxide ogenol in Group 4 were placed in the caves. The teeth were kept in the peanut ink for 48 hours, demineralized, transparent, and paint leakage was assessed using a stereomicroscope as Unear.
