Abstract:

The aim of our study is to compare the values of the average volume of thrombocytes (MPV), platelet distribution width (PDW), neutrophil/lenfocyt ratio (NLO), monocyt lymphocyt ratio (MLO), eozinofil lymphocyt ratio (ELO), trombocyt/lenfocyt ratio (PLO) of patients diagnosed with low risk and medium advanced endometrium cancer and benign endometrial pathology. Method: Our study included patients in our hospital on March 2014-April 2022 with an abnormal uterine bleeding pre-diagnosis with hysteroscopy, dilatation curetage or endometrial biopsy with endometrial sampling. According to the endometrial sampling results, the groups were named benign, malign. Additionally, the malignant group was divided into two groups according to the intraoperative frozen assessment and the postoperative precise pathology result. With non-endometrial pathology group 1, low-risk endometrial adenocancer events group 2, low-risk endometrial adenocancer events except Ca (medium and higher-risk endometrial adenocancer) were defined as group 3. Results: There was no statistically significant difference between the groups in terms of the number of neutrophils, the number of lymphocytes, the number of thrombocytes, the number of eosinophils, MPV, PDW, NLO, MLO, ELO, PLO (p>0,05) Endometrial thickness value, body mass index, advanced age endometrial cancer group found meaningful. Result: The MPV, NLO, ELO, MLO and PLO values between the groups have not been statistically differentiated. This may be due to the fact that low-risk and medium-high-risk endometrium adenocarcinoma does not trigger systemic inflammation.
