Abstract:

Bu çalışmada Aouam ve ark. (2003) tarafından geliştirilen üstünlük ilişkisine dayanan bulanık çok ölçütlü karar verme yöntemi keskin nişancı tüfeği seçimi problemine uygulanmıştır. Söz konusu yöntemin avantajlarından birisi hem kesin hem de bulanık ölçütlerin kullanılabilmesidir. Çalışmanın temel amacı söz konusu bulanık yöntemi gerçek bir probleme uygulamak ve bu amaç için bir program geliştirmektir. Java dilinde geliştirilen program ile hem benzer diğer problemlere aynı yöntemin uygulanması hem de hesaplamalarda kolaylık sağlanmıştır
