Hiponatremi pek çok hastalığa eşlik edebilen ve sık görülen elektrolit bozukluklarındandır. Kawasaki hastalığı da bu durumlardan birisidir. Kawasaki hastalığı, beş yaş altındaki çocuklarda en sık görülen vaskülit olup çok farklı klinik tablolarla ortaya çıkabilir. Kawasaki şok sendromu ise daha yakın tarihte tanımlandığı için bilinmeyen özellikleri fazladır. Biz bu olgu sunumunda hiponatremi klinik bulguları ile acil servise başvuran ve takipte Kawasaki şok sendromu tanısı alan bir hastayı sunduk.
Hyponathroma is one of the common and common electrolyte disorders that can be accompanied by many diseases. The disease of Kawasaki is one of these. Kawasaki disease is the most common vasculitis in children under the age of five and can occur in many different clinical tables. Kawasaki shock syndrome has many unknown characteristics as it has been identified in the nearest date. We presented this fact to a patient who applied to emergency service with clinical findings of hypnothermia and was diagnosed with Kawasaki shock syndrome.
